What plans are there and how much do they cost?
There are five: Free channel (€0, no card), Occasional (€39/month), Professional (€89/month), Broadcaster (€249/month) and Institutional (from €790/month, with a 12-month contract and a tailored quote). Occasional, Professional and Broadcaster can be paid monthly or yearly; Institutional is arranged with our team.
What does the Free channel include?
One channel at 720p (2 Mbps, no transcoding), 2 hours of live streaming and 100 GB of transfer per month, 6 GB of storage (about 4 h) with 7-day retention, an aranova-branded player and community support. It does not include a custom domain, audience statistics or transcoding, and sign-up is self-service, no card required.
How do broadcast hours and transfer work?
Each plan includes monthly live hours: 2 h on Free channel, 6 h on Occasional, 20 h on Professional and unlimited (24/7) on Broadcaster and Institutional. Transfer ranges from 100 GB to 50 TB per month. As a guide, monthly viewers: ~20 on Free channel, ~400 on Occasional, ~570 on Professional, ~1,600 on Institutional and ~4,000 on Broadcaster. If you run short, we will help you choose the right plan or add-on.
What support does each plan include?
Free channel: community support (forum and documentation). Occasional: email, average response 4 h. Professional: email, 2 h. Broadcaster: phone, email and tickets, 1 h. Institutional: phone, email and tickets with an average 10-minute response and an SLA with penalties.
What is the Institutional plan?
It is the plan for public administrations and agencies: it builds on everything in Professional and adds fullHD, 20 TB/month, 3 qualities, advanced statistics, recording with video on demand, white-label, access control and 10-minute support. It includes a data-residency statement for Spain/EU and a DPA, an SLA with penalties, an indexed council-meeting archive (videoacta) with automatic subtitles and FACe e-invoicing, under a 12-month contract. It is quoted from €790/month and is not purchased online.
