Streaming and recording
The town clerk or the person in charge starts the session with a button. From that moment on, streaming and recording happen automatically. When the session ends, the system creates a draft that the clerk reviews before authorising publication.
Capacity
The stream is delivered through a scalable content delivery network (CDN) whose capacity can be expanded to handle audience peaks.
Time-stamping
During the session, the start of each agenda item is marked. Citizens can jump straight to the matter that interests them without watching the whole recording.
Portal
Published sessions are browsed from a web portal created for the council, with access to the recordings, the agenda items and the documentation that must be made public. The full solution for the sector is at aranova.cloud for public administration.
Streaming analytics
Connected users, the moment of the session that drew the most interest, the audience's geographic location, with filters by date and channel, and Excel export for the term-of-office report.
Optional features
Speaker identification, subtitling and audio-to-text transcription are optional features.
Security and content control
Geo-blocking, domain restriction, username and password access control, encryption and anti-copy tools for content that must not be public — committee sessions, procurement boards, opening of bids.
From live stream to minutes
Recording and time-stamping make it possible to locate the matters discussed during the session. The platform does not generate summary minutes or draft the resolutions adopted. When the recording is linked to the minutes, the result is the video minutes.
More than streaming and hosting video
Beyond streaming and hosting recordings, aranova.cloud lets you organise sessions by agenda item, attach documentation and manage its review before publication. The council gets a management portal and citizens browse sessions from a portal created for the institution.

Equipment and integration
If the council already has cameras and microphones, the platform integrates with the existing equipment. If it does not, ARANOVA works with specialised companies that install conference systems tailored to each council chamber — one or several high-definition cameras, fixed or robotic, with manual or automated speaker-identification systems.
